Totally fabulous from start to finish. Amazing room, incredible food, wonderful staff. Eagerly awaiting my next sojourn at the Hotel Penzance.
Our Christmas at the Hotel Penzance was wonderful. They treated us like royalty - we had a large room overlooking the ocean and St Michael's Mount, the food was delicious, the staff was oh so friendly and accommodating, and they even gave us Christmas gifts. What more could we ask? We will definitely return.
Our Superior sea view room was spacious and very comfortable although decor needed some updating.Restaurant food at both Breakfast and Dinner was extremely good and we also enjoyed a super cream tea with Prosecco!Staff throughout the hotel were exceptionally helpful and friendly but I must mention the delightful lass who served us breakfast each morning, she is an asset to the hotel.
Lovely staff members, very attentive. Lady called Tilly makes one heck of a cocktail during happy hour.Food was very tasty, room was slightly old fashion decorates but the bathroom was a great mix of modern and dated.. The room was stocked with many facilities, tea coffee, coffee machine etc. Only downfall was the bed - it was lovely and soft, but not supportive at all leading to restless night sleeps and sore neck and back. Overall, would visit again.
Everything about my stay at Hotel Penzance was fabulous. The view from my bedroom was divine and it was sometimes hard to leave the room. The breakfast was yummy and all the staff were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Top marks for a top stay
