I just left here after bringing my pygmy hedgehog in for the first time. The vets is 40 minutes away from where I live but after the appointment I dont care about the travel time. When we first walked into the surgery we were greeted warmly and watching the vets and staff interact with the patients was heart warming. Our Vet was incredible. He spent time playing with my little girl to get her to warm up to him so he was able to check her over and he was very knowledgeable and and informed us very clearly if the next steps giving me complete confidence in hin. I 5/5 recommend this vets if you have an exotic pet or any fur baby at all! Great service

I switched to Rosevean Vets after a really terrible experience with a local vet. Although I now have to travel 45 minutes-1 hour (one way!) to visit the practice I wouldn't go anywhere else. Wonderful staff - knowledgeable, empathetic and patient. No matter how small the concern you have about your pet, they always take the time to listen and understand your concerns and never make you feel as though you are overreacting.
