Really good at finding a buyer, but terrible at support after that. We particularly chose them after reading on their website that they update you weekly and supported you thoughout the process, but this was far from our experience. We sold two properties at once to buy one property, this was very stressful as timing was crucial, so we wanted to be across all the information. They only once contacted us to give us an update but if we contacted them they did always reply quickly, but sometimes the information they gave us was completely incorrect, which we found out when we spoke to our solicitors or buyers direct. The one sale took a very long time to go through and despite having a strong feeling the buyer, was not serious and would not go through with the purchase, we were reassured by Penny and her team that everything was fine. We should have followed our own instincts as indeed the buyer pulled out literally days before completion. We nearly lost both our new home and our buyer on our second sale. To give Kerbappealz credit, they got another buyer very quickly and the sale went through at lightening speed.We did indeed complete on the two sales and finally buy our house. But not without great stress and constantly reassuring our buyers on the 2nd property, who had contacted us directly, as they were getting no information from Kerbappealz. Kerbappealz are no doubt very good at staging, photographing and getting that all important offer. But don't expect any follow up or support.
