Disclaimer: biased review; I'll explain below. I booked Blue Bay Removals to move my stuff into my new home, and they were truly awesome. They went above and beyond even in spite of issues we faced on move day, which I love in a company. Staff were courteous and helpful, and they werevery careful with our belongings. I was looking for work at the time, and asked if they had any vacancies, and they said that indeed they did! I began working for them shortly afterwards, and have never been happier in a job. Never thought I'd end up in this industry, but life is funny that way.
James & Chas made what could have been a difficult move easy. It was a long drive, Co+rnwall to Cambridge in challenging snowy weather. They arrived on time & by 6.30pm were off back to Cornwall. Highly recommend.....thanks again guys
These guys did their level best to make sure my house move went as smoothly as possible ..they helped with the packaging and were careful and polite. What more could one ask for! I was very stressed at the time and the team made it all possible for me...im very happy to recommend BlueBay Removals! :-)
Thank you very much guys you all did a fantastic job I'm well pleased and I've never been more happier in my new home, you all worked very hard and especially the long journey from Penzance all the way upnorth to Lancashire and back again, overall I am delighted with my moving experience and if you want to move out of your home I highly recommend contacting Blue Bay Removals they are all good time keepers, hard workers and very polite and helpful, thanks very much again.
What a let down. Contacted these guys the day before the move to make sure everything was still in place and they confirmed yes they'd be with me and that they had a guy to do all the flat plack furniture. Two hours after their due arrival time they hadn't turned up so I messaged them with no reply and never heard from them again. No explanation and no apology, just this poor man on his own who isn't even part of the company who turned up! I ended up lifting heavy boxes as did my elderly parents and transporting them in our cars!!!!! The whole reason for hiring removal men was to avoid this. We were still moving at 7pm when the new owners should have been in!! Not impressed at all.
