Friendly. Clean. Well maintained machines. Excellent we went twice in the week of our summer holiday - with 6 of us it saved time and stress. Definitely recommend.
Used the 7 machine to wash a quilt . The machine is different to the others in the laundrette and does not clearly show how to select the temp/ setting . My wash ended up going through on just a 10 mins rinse . There was a lady there too who this had happened to on a previous visit . We mentioned it to the owner and told him it should be signed to show how to change the setting . He said it was obvious and how many more signs could he put in a laundrette?!?The machine I used had no signs on it to use it.Perhaps the the owner who uses the machines every day who bought the machines and has read the manuals it is obvious. But no one would spend 7 on a wash and purposefully not follow instructions .** please put up a sign ** I use my own washing machine at home plus radiography equipment at work ... But apparently I am an idiot and did not deserve a refund for not understanding how to change the settings 7 is a lot of money to pay for a quick rinse !! The owner was rude and adamant I had to pay again so I left and went to a laundrette near by called PENZANCE LAUNDRETTE ... Open till 10pm bigger machine with detergent and softener for same price 7 much clearer settings to choose from just 2 mins up away and with free wifi and parking is easier !!
Signs on machines claim to add detergent but my trousers and some of my stuff needed a second wash. Easy to find behind the station but add some powder of your own.
