I've been going to the gym for 10 months and in that time I've learnt to love working out and to successfully build this healthy habit into my life. I began there with muscle weakness, aches and pains and now I've built my core strength and health up so that I go 3 times a week and have Michelle as a personal trainer 1 of those sessions per week. It's an inclusive atmosphere and Michelle and Ian are great owners/managers. It's also very affordable and has one of the best views possibly in the world - as it looks out onto St Michael's Mount and the sea. Fabulous place!

I can highly recommend Oxygen Strength & fitness to everyone, I was never a fan of other gyms then I met Michelle and Ian, (husband and wife team) The few years I've been a member they have listened to me say amongst other things, "I just want to be fitter,I'm running a marathon in a 12kilo Rhino costume, I want to do a power lifting competition" Ian has tailored my training to whatever my latest goal is!! Having said that if you prefer to just use the gym after an initial induction they will leave you to it unless you want help. The hardest part for me was going the first time, I truly believe if anyone gives it a go they will want to be part of Oxygen from day one, you will be welcomed and made to feel comfortable whatever your age, gender or fitness levels.
