Great shop very helpful and know there phones
I wouldn't recommend this place for phone repairs. I took my phone(Sony Xperia XZ) in to have a new screen fitted and the manager of the store has broken it, he's destroyed a 500 phone by damaging the logic board but according to him it's not his fault, he hasn't broken it and there's no warranty. Unfortunately I never saw the other bad reviews on facebook before taking my phone in.
Good service and polite knowledgeable staff
Bought a screen protector for brand new phone..told it was triple a bonded glass and he demonstrated by hitting it with a blunt instrument. I was told this product would protect my phone . In 25 years I've never had a broken phone. This is the first screen protector I've bought.Lasted 3 days! Dropped my phone 18 inches from the ground. Screen protector and phone damaged. A complete con and waste of 20. These screen protector 's are useless. On returning it I was told they're not bullet proof ! I wasn't expecting to be shot at ..I wanted something to protect my phone. Very poor advice ..zero customer care.
