Depending on what Doctor / Nurse you get - service is good. But more often than not, I would ask for a second opinion. My last appointment was very rushed and not all of my symptoms were taken into account. I then got given a course of antibiotics that was not long enough to get rid of my illness.
This surgery has a very dedicated team of doctors, nurses and support staff. The doctors are hugely experienced and insightful in their clinical analysis. But all the staff at this practice 'have the time' to listen and to help when you really need it. I cannot rate them highly enough.
Not sure why the doctor here has asked me to get CBT for having bad breath. I thought the GP was good until recently, but it all depends on which doctor you are seen by. They've completely disregarded that my nose is blocked pretty much all the time, I have pungent post nasal drip etc. Not sure why I'd need CBT for this. I hope to update this after seeing a different doctor.
