Made me feel welcome when I droped off the car. Phoned me to explained the additional work needed and the cost involved. They also were able to effect a repair on the exhaust rether than replace.
These guys are superheroes! My water pump pulley failed on the 26th April, causing catastrophic engine damage. My warranty company wasn't going to cover it, and while I fought with them, these guys heaved my car in and out the workshop every day, looked after it, and when I finally won against the warranty, they fixed it and did a great job. It's been almost 7 weeks without my car, and I can comfortably say that the customer service is outstanding. I am so grateful to you all!
