Superb. Met me at the airport with the vehicle, sensible rates and easy transaction with a wireless card reader. No penalty for excessive mileage (did over 1200 miles on 2 week hire). New car with only that many miles on it when I picked it up. Easy booking via website and communication on mobile phone. Took out a 36 policy that protected me from a 750 excess in the event of damage and drove with peace of mind. I left it at the airport when I had finished and there was no quibble. Great experience all round and I will be using again every time.
We wouldn't use them again. We booked a five door car; they met us at the station, with a three door which was neither appreciated by our 96 year old relative nor us. When we returned the car a small graze on an alloy wheel was instantly lighted upon. We are sure we didn't do it but they were quite determined and so we got stung for it anyhow.
